T&T: 12 Volt Refrigerator

Our old Norcold finally quit, and time to replace.  Size in Norcold is  the 
0061, about 7 cu ft.  Reading on the internet suggests that going with  a 12 
volt only, Danfoss compressor would be the smart thing to do.  That  means Nova 
Kook, Tundra, or Isotherm.  Any good/bad experiences with any of  these 
brands?  Any source where price is discounted?  Boater's World  has the Norcold at 
$1049 . . . . but read the terrible reviews on Norcold on  West's own web site!
