T&T: AMPs question

seems most are going the wrong way! it`s a tricky question...'i`ve got 650 
ampere batts, and i don`t get 650 amps out of them!' hmmm...that would leave 
the batts at '0' amps!...wonder what the volts would be? i would say, if 
they are new, mabey get 150 amps out +/- a few...175 would be pushing 
it...and, as most know, never let the volts drop below 12.2...i think i`d 
also want a good volt/amp meter, and understand it too...c
