Mike you need a battery load tester. It is not a cheap piece of equipment  
but is really the only way to fully test a battery. Most auto repair and a lot  
of parts stores have them for testing batteries. The parts stores will usually 
 test for nothing. Auto repairs will probably want a small fee. And of course 
you  will have to take the battery to them.
