Now I don't have any Ph.D or P.E. but my wife, the Ph.D chemist and author
etc etc says that up here in Maine we get vinegar at the local grocery
store. In gallon jugs no less  Alternatively your chemistry department might
supply you with a 5% acetic acid solution which can be called vinegar and
goes well with fish and chips. (grin)
