T&T: Live aboards interperete please

Marinas have to define "liveaboards" in their contract....usually determined by the amount of nights spent during a week.  In this case, maybe it is the homeowner's assoc that restricts liveaboard tenants and in that case there should be a definition of "liveaboard" in their rules.
   
  But if it is just the homeowners restriction, then you need to get him to define it for you or to find out his intent so y'all can agree upon something satisfactory to both of you.
