T&T: installing a High Output alternator with J180 mount on a Cummins 5.9

On my Cummins, a previous owner added a second alternator on the port
side (opposite from the stock alternator), and added a multi-grooved
pulley on the end of the crankshaft to drive it - I'll have a look
tomorrow to see what the mounting looks like...
