T&T: sound insulate engine room

I don't know about flammability (I will email them and report back) but I
have some samples of this and it is reasonable at $1.63 sq ft for the 1/2".

over-15543.html  One of my winter projects.  My engine room is lead lined
over thin wood sheeting then covered with those 1' sq tiles that look like
old time ceiling tiles.  I'm doing mine more for looks than sound proofing.
I never thought it was too noisy anyway.  I like to be able to detect the
slightest change in the noise coming from the most holy place.
