T&T: Mad Mariner

I recently discovered Mad Mariner, which calls itself the daily boating magazine.  Looks like it recently got started, and you'll find it at: http://www.madmariner.com/

I discovered it when a freelancer asked me for comments on stabilizers vs. paravanes for an article he is writing for Mad Mariner.  The site contains additional information on some of the issues explored here, including the Cosco Busan sideswiping the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge and the The Spirit of Nantucket grounding near Great Bridge, but there's a lot more there too.  

After checking out Mad Mariner, I've concluded that it's a worthwhile addition, and it's now on my list of board to check on a regular basis. Usual caveats: no business connection or financial interest on my part, just an interested consumer.
