T&T: Racor "Marine Diverter Valve" fuel system

The latest PassageMaker mag introduces a valve from Parker that will throw
the supply and return lines from two tanks simultaneously (pg 41...but
they've swapped the photos, it looks like).

Does anyone have experience with this valve? It also has 12v solenoids that
will allow you to switch tanks from the pilot house remotely.

In my boat, I have diesel 4 tanks, so I was thinking of getting three
valves...put them in a "Y" formation...let the first control which of the
other two valves it "pays attention" to, then each of the other two will
switch between tanks 1 & 2 or 3 & 4. That way I'm always returning to the
tank I'm drawing from...no mistakes...seems to eliminate throwing a
multitude of ball valves...can now be done with one if switching between
tanks 1 & 2 or 3 & 4. And if between tanks 1 or 2 & 3 or 4, then two throws
will do the trick.

This seems like a very simple system. Any faults in my thinking?

Thanks in advance,
