I don't know about a .pdf version, but you should be able to get a
hard copy from your Cummins dealer - they'll want to know the engine
serial number (and perhaps other information) to ensure that they
supply the correct version of the manual.

I did get some wiring diagrams from the Cummins website - I don't
think these are in the printed manual.
