T&T: AICW Virginia Cut closure

The "Spirit of Nantucket" was run aground at Pungo Ferry to prevent sinking  
after she began taking on water.
This has necessitated the closing of the waterway, including the locks and  
bridge at Great Bridge. I have no further information.
