T&T: Boater ID

This is interesting - I recall when I first came over here from the olde sod
I did not have a driver's license of course, just an international one -
which raised eyebrows when presented. I have often wondered what people who
don't drive are supposed to do? Obviously get some other kind of ID - a
passport seems fine but is rather bulky for everyday use. The whole thing is
the outcome of N. America's love affair with the automobile for which we are
now paying the price. Thank you GM for helping destroy most of the excellent
city public electric transport systems in the 30's and 40's!
