T&T: Full time cruiser or liveaboard

I've had a liveaboard policy through Al with Markel. The only difference was
the personal liability coverage, which was pretty minimal in cost in
relation to the cost of the entire policy. There's no sense in trying to
"put one over" on your insurance company... you may likely find yourself not
covered in the event of a claim.

You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick
is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
