And don't forget all the Operational Facilities (boats and airplanes) of the USCG Auxiliary.
These are privately owned "opfacs" that have been brought up to a specified standard and are used by the USCGAUX for patrol duty under military orders under the direct supervision of the USCG.
They also do search and rescue missions (SARs) with these facilities.
