Dick, I agree, that's fine.  But do remember, that for those of us who
actually cruise full-time, we don't really have a reliable home address.  If
they take PO boxes, I guess that would work, but genuine liveaboard
full-time cruisers are seldom at any printed address.

By the way, I am in favor of a National picture ID card with home address,
one that is impossible to forge, for all legal residents of the USA.  That
will root out all of the illegals that are in our country.  The government
knows where we live anyway, through our SSAN and our tax returns.  

But, I know that many of you think that is a further infringement upon our
freedom.  It, in my humble opinion does not do so.  What do you all think?
