T&T: De Fever 48

Help, 

My name is Adrian High, I own one of the only , De Fever 48 trawler yachts
in the united kingdom, Plymouth to be precise.

EOS was imported in 1989 and has been cruising the west coast most of her
life.

I purchased her 3 years ago, and have continually updated her, trac
stabilisors, all new electronics,etc, she is in fantastic condition.

However , I am hoping someone out there can help me with the following
information.

 

1 , what speed should I get with my twin 135 ford lehmans?

 

2 my propellers are 25inch, and the max rpm I get is 2200, ?

 

3 are spares easily obtainable, as I have just damaged an internal cleat
from storm damage Sunday night.

 

4  what should be my litres of fuel consumption per hour with my engines?
