Ah - but how about the *free* version ??
I related this one over VHF17 to someone on a
flybridge (!) trawler near Beaufort SC a coupla days
ago. 
This only works for flies upside-down on the overhead:

Fill a glass about 7/8 full with soapy water.
Carefully and craftily bring the glass up under the
fly. When the glass gets near, it'll try to fly -
*but* it has to drop 1-2in to gain airspeed - falling
right into the glass.
The soapy water will coat its wings and prevent
escape.

Doesn't have the satisfying 'crack' of a zapper tho...
