T&T: A great Horse Fly weapon/Rental Car Savings

Whether or not there is an extra charge depends on the rental company. 
We normally rent from Enterprise (have a corporate account) and they 
don't charge extra for a spouse. Same with Thrifty (just rented from 
them last week). Haven't used any others recently, so have no experience 
other than the two mentioned. Thrifty may depend on the location; 
Enterprise seems to be consistent everywhere.
