T&T: Wireless We Cameras

Anyone have good or bad experience with wireless web cameras?  My 
marina has free WiFi and I am think of installing one of these 
cameras so I can monitor what's happening on the boat while I am 
away.  The ones I am interested in are self contained in that they 
have their own web server and will log their IP address to a dynamic 
DNS server.
