T&T: Jabsco belt driven pump

Butch,

I echo Frank's remarks. I had the same experience with my old Jabsco. I
worked on it repeatedly only having one problem after another.

I upgraded to the Shurflo Extreme Smart Sensor 4.0 ($139.95 from Defender).
It has a built-in microprocessor that controls the variable speed motor, so
I was able to eliminate the old external pressure switch and accumulator
tank. It works great!

Do yourself a favor and stop fighting the losing Jabsco battle and upgrade
to a modern pump.
