T&T: Canadian Electronic Charts?

Yes - CHS had given/sold exclusive distribution rights to NDI.  CHS then sued
NDI, in part, over NDI's predatory pricing structure.  CHS lost the suit so
they negotiated back the rights to their own data.  Effective March 30, 2007,
the charts are distributed via an expanding network of "authorized dealers".
When I first checked on April 1 there were no dealers listed at the CHS site.
Now there are 17 but I was unable to actually find CHS digital charts on most
of the dealer's sites.  When I could they were mostly East coast or Great
Lakes charts.  http://www.fugawi.com/web/products/chs_index.htm was the only
one that seems to sell a full compliment of the CHS charts.
