T&T: USCG Port State Information Exchange

I just stumbled across this site while looking up a documented boat. You 
can search by boat name or number and it provides any Coast Guard actions 
such as a boarding. There are two records shown for each boat and you have 
to hit search for each one. Might be fun to see if the boat that just blew 
by you on the Intracoastal has a history of stuff.
