T&T: prices for a custom dinghy cover

" Does $1,300 for a Sunbrella Dinghy cover sound exorbitant to you?  The
tender is a 10.5 foot AB with a tiller Yamaha on the stern.  The quote just
sounded a bit high "

May be you are on the wrong side of the Sound. Janet of Raven Welding and
Canvas does very nice work with a shop rate of $65.00/hour. Her work looks
good, and holds up well. Call her at (360) 876-1611 (Port Orchard). It is a
short cruise over, and the PO marina is very clean...the town is not much
though. My guess, she would be about half, but I can not do her quotes,
since I am just one of her happy customers.

Just to complement the canvas work, her husband does excellent welding, he
used to be a nuclear welder in the shipyard.
