Hi Mark,
Would you, (and others as well) mind telling me what specific objectives you would hope for in a diesel training course?

(as a help, please think of completing the typical course discription sentence...
"upon completion of this class I would expect to":
Understand...
Know how to...
Be knowledgeable of...

Also, would you want it to be specific to your particular/current application/boat, or would you rather it be more broad in scope covering information that applies to diesels in pleasure boat applications be they old, new or coming technology?

If I've got you to go this far... Might you also tell me how long you would expect this class to be? I.e. one day, one weekend, etc. Also, how far you might be willing to travel and what you might expect to pay for this training. Would you be willing to assemble a group of like interested people, such as yourself, to host a session at your location/boat?

If you want to...
John

Hello list,
I am located in southeastern PA and would like to take a course on diesel
engine maintenance and repair that I won't have to wait a year or longer to
attend (Bob Smith's course in Stuart). Does anyone know of a worthwhile
course to attend?

Thanks,
Mark
