T&T: Fernandina Beach mooring field

We have just arrived at Fernandina Beach and noticed a new mooring field.  We
were told that it was put in yesterday but not available for use until
sometime after the weekend.  Fernandina Harbor Marina is managing.  I don't
know anything about cost but it is across the ICW from the marina in the
location where everyone previously anchored.
