T&T: Cruising with full tanks or half

Yeah but, if you only load to half tanks, then you'll be stopping at fuel 
docks twice as often. There's got to be some diesel cost to finding your way 
off the waterway to a fuel dock, docking and undocking, waiting for the fuel 
dock to clear, ... . Frankly I like the convenience of a full tank.
