My experience with Parker grills has not been so positive. It is
difficult to keep lit if windy and the customer service is
terrible. I called looking for a spare part and was told, "You are a
sailor, just pretend you are in the arctic and make one."
Mine was installed by my boat's manufacturer who has stopped using
Parkers because of the customer service.
