T&T: Accidents and ColRegs

I certainly agree with Mike about some of the possible reasons for accidents
that we see happening. They may be dry and boring reading for some but
personally I like to read the USCG stuff to try and learn from other's
misakes. While I have no where near the experience  as Mike or many others
here from what I see I believe that many operators are complacent due in part
to the quality of electronics we have now and that causes them to slack on
folowing the basics such as the ColRegs. This is a bad trend.
