T&T: Last Licensing Post

I not woried in the least about someone with less than perfect vision, i'll 
give way as I always due. I'm also a 50 ton "master" and run quite a bit 
both on my dive boat and hatt. Seems to me if your're willing to accept the 
possible actions what's the problem. It's more of an issue with poor boaters 
who do Not have visison issues. Also I completely agree there are enough 
laws on this. I don't see how more laws help, accept it does give the reason 
for more cops. The same discussion is true of gun control and how many bad 
drivers in cars are out there? Bill
