T&T: Boating Accidents in the News

I hope everybody remembers to factor fatigue into the equation. NTSB and
others check for intoxication, etc. as well as hours worked. But I'm betting
on fatigue as a major component. That and lower manning levels - which is a
cause for fatigue. BTW, the number of tractor-trailer accidents (with
fatalities) is startling, but I can't remember the data. Perhaps 25 per day?

| I'm concerned what is the cause in the increase in these accidents of
these
| professionals. Even in the construction industry we hear: "A crane
| topples, A bulldozer rams, A Bus falls from interstate & A Tractor
Trailer collides
| into abbutment, no brake marks. (This just 10 miles from me)
|
| Where were these guys during training.
