T&T: Bullfrog rust inhibitor

In the process of stowing what feels like our thousands of spare  parts, I 
have come across this product.  Has anyone use it, and does it  work as 
advertised?
 
I talked with the manufacturer, and it sure sounds good and would save lots  
of shrink wrapping time.
