T&T: Neat battery watering manifolds

     You can't control everything.  My point is, in theory, you are correct.  Things get contaminated regardless of intent... especially in the marine environment.  What caused me to post is that someone made mention to the term :"years" while referring to how often they would refill their manifold.  Personally I would not fill my batteries with 3 year old water that has been sitting with plenty of air to cause things to mingle(oxidize) and potentially grow.
