I suspect most people will balk at cannibalizing their electrical sysem as
Rob suggests.
The simplest solution is to install one or more BIG amp chargers capable of
running on any voltage any frequency.

At this time I have only found a couple of brands which supply dedicated
100A chargers off-the-shelf.
Mastervolt and Victron both offer 100A chargers in either 12V or 24V.
These Charger can be run in tandem. I supplied one installation wher three
100A chargers ran in parallel to power a 2000 Amp hour battery bank. But it
also had an 8000 watt inverter draining the same house bank.

Something to consider.
If the only Ac appliance connected to the dock power is a good quality
charger it effectively acts liek an isolation transformer as well. The UL
hipot test requires a dielectric test between the input and output lines.
Test voltage is 1500V AC.

you do not get this isolation with a combination inverter/charger. But you
do get a high amp charger included free with the combi inverter. < grin>
