Hi Jeff,
I agree completely with you! I dislike government intrusion intensely,
BUT... . I'm afraid that the time is coming, with so many folks getting out
on the water that a look at some form of regulation is going to happen. I
hope that the Coast Guard gets to run it but ONLY after the feds decide that
that branch of the service really isn't the ugly bastard and FUNDS THEM
ADAQUATELY.
