T&T: Random Coast Guard safety inspections

FWIW certain US Made safety equipment i.e. Life Jackets and Flares don't
work in Canada.

Strange how that happens just crossing the border.

I believe Canada subscribes to SOLAS the US doesn't. I'm certain somebody
here can fill in the details.
