yes, there are may of these out there but they are not webcams, they can't
upload to the web....  it's fine for local use, not over the web.

  Just bought this unit at Brands Mart...$198.00 no computer needed. Just plug
into TV or monitor. Or you can plug into computer,  no Internet, wifi or
network required.
