T&T: Anchors: better a hoe than a plow

Ditto on the Super Max for the Chesapeake - it has performed flawlessly 
since we put it on.  Held us firm in a couple T storms that blew through the 
bay on Memorial day weekend while other boats in the anchorage were 
dragging.....
