T&T: DeFever gages Hour meter

I recently had to move my hour meter - sound like it may be the same
as yours. The two small nuts hold a round plate (with a hole for the
meter body) against the back of the panel. You will need a deep socket
wrench or nutdriver to remove the nuts, then the meter should easily
slide out the front of the panel.
