Seeing how Marin had described the 3M 5200 as only holding the backing plate to
the underside of the deck, and having bolts holding the cleats themselves, the
above suggestion could lead to an interesting sight:
1. put rope on cleat.
2. apply strain to rope.
3. watch un-bolted cleat fall overboard! :-)
