I'm not sure about Interphase Sonar Systems but when I purchased our trawler
it came with a Wesmar Scanning Sonar 390E Series Video Sounder Sonar. When
we had the trawler surveyed last year the Wesmar worked just fine. I was
told by the surveyor that he thought it was an $8,000 option. The gentlemen who
had owned the boat prior to us used the Wesmar to look for shipwrecks,
locate fish, and check out reefs and rocky shoals in the Great Lakes. This system
actually has a soundome ("periscope" type unit) that screws out of the
bottom of the boat & a computer monitor located on the flybridge. Since owning the
boat we have not turned the unit back on and I would be willing to part with
this piece of equipment if the price was right. If interested please
contact me off line.

Thanks,
Brenda & Todd Lanning
