Fantastic Vent is one of the leading vent / fans for RVs (I have an RV in 
additon to our boat).  Our RV came with a Fantastic exhaust / intake vent fan.  I 
liked it so much, I bought their 12 volt Endless Breeze fans for our boat.  
It doesn't oscillate but it really moves a lot of air.
