T&T: 12 volt cabin fan

When Powerboat Reports (RIP) tested them, the top of the line Hella fans 
came out way on top in terms of longevity. I think these run about $50 
apiece or maybe more. Mine don't oscillate though, but maybe Hella makes one 
like that I don't know about.
