T&T: GFI Shore Receptacle tripping

Thanks for all the private responses to my query.  It seems that this is a 
condition that might be "much ado about nothing".  It appears that this is a 
rare situation and that I should not have this situation very often.  I was 
on a lock wall on the Erie where I ran into this.  Hopefully this will not 
be a problem for me in the future.
