T&T: Wet Sanding?

Or, if the gelcoat is just a little dull or chalky, buff it with 3M 
Finesse-It, a very fine rubbing compound sort of thing.  Does a 
wonderful job smoothing the surface, and pretty easily, without taking 
off much of the gelcoat.  You can then put on a good coat of wax.
