Don't have much to add. I have the split systems, which, if you have the
engine room space, is a significant step above the all-in-one systems...if
for no other reason than getting the compressor noise out of the living
spaces.
One issue I don't think was mentioned with chilled systems is the start-up
time. The water loop needs to get below 50 degrees before dehumidification
happens...and I bet that can take a while.
