T&T: Cast Iron Cookware

With regard to cast iron cookware, I don't know if there are any health or
cooking benefits.  There very well might be.

There is one thing I am absolutely sure of however.  If you stick a cheap
magnetic cellular car antenna on the bottom of an 11+ inch cast iron frying
pan, you will have an excellent cellular antenna for your boat.  I used it
that way for 6 months before mounting a real antenna on my arch.  My sense
is that the performance of the frying pan was better than the commercial,
mounted antenna.
