By coincidence a cookware sales booth was set up at the local supermarket
today.
I asked the rep there about energy savings. He claimed their titanium coated
non-stick cookware would save 35% compared to cooking with cast iron.
Somehow I doubt that figure!
A more realistic value might be around 15 - 20%;   but then again, maybe???
Hmmmm!


Anybody have any hard data to contribute?
