T&T: cold tar epoxy

Yes, I used it on two sailboats whose hulls had been blasted, dried, and 
faired. Good results in both cases. The first time it was a Jotun product.

Keith had a definitive job done on his Krogen 42. Perhaps he can remind us 
what was used after they thoroughly dried his hull.
