T&T: Recommendations

Hans,
Same SIMRAD experience with troubleshooting my new AP16044.  Turned out to
be the computer (AC-20).  John, the technician, helped me through the
troubleshooting in two sessions and finally recommended ordering a warranty
replacement.  Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly.  

By the time we were done, I felt like having a cool one with him.
