T&T: new laptop from Dell

Dell has recently started offering a Latitude ATG laptop with a splash-proof
keyboard, shock-mounted hard drive (or even digital drive), and multiple USB
ports.  The latitude series has always been a little sturdier than their
other offerings.  I have bought a number of the semi-rugged laptops
available through many boating electronics suppliers (they were all built by
Twinhead and relabeled) and this unit seems better built.
